Great communication!! All of the toppers are so adorable and I knew I wanted to get one of these with our cat included. Nhi was extremely helpful when customizing and the attention to detail was great. I had mentioned the date I needed it for and we received it with time to spare! If you are on the fence, I would definitely recommend.
